When I’m not here helping your skin shine, I’m working as a cardiac nurse—caring for people during some of their most challenging moments. But I believe taking care of yourself is just as important as caring for others. That’s why I created this space—not only to serve my community, but to remind nurses (and everyone else!) that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
